Pork Rice Cracker

Rice pork chili recipe page Instructors come from Yingsak We adapted this recipe a little This recipe is easy and delicious for me.

Ingredient


  1. rice
  2. sticky rice
  3. chilli paste
  4. red chilli paste
  5. Sweetened condensed milk
  6. dried shredded pork
  7. Oil for frying

Method

For those who have already rice crust sheet can skip to step 5.
  1. Mix rice and sticky rice . And blended until chunky splay out .
  2. Rice was to roll it into thin strips . Suggest that keeping thin all the same sheets . 
  3. To provide a dry rice By heating to about 200 degrees C for 10-15 minutes, or if no have the oven can bring the rice to the sun two sun (the second day) is available as well as dry .

  5. Bring sauce sweetened condensed milk 1 part and 1 part  of chilli paste and 1/4 red chilli paste  the mixture in a container and wool together.

  7. Remove the fried rice to drain oil
  8. Bring sauce to mix and apply on rice . Then sprinkle with dried shredded pork much less as you like.
  9. Remove pork rice crackers to the oven temperature around 200 ° C for 10-15 minutes as appropriate . 
  10. Remove storage box with lid , wait until the evening to keep eating .
