Watermelon snow flake (watermelon ice cream)

Watermelon snow flake.The main equipment we used to make it Zoku ice glass.

Ingredient

1. watermelon without seeds 4 cups
2. syrup 1 cup  ( 1 cup water * 1/2 cup brown sugar 3 tablespoons cornstarch * ) .
3. Lemon juice with 3/4 cup
4. strawberry juice 3/4 cup
5. honey 3 tablespoons
6. salt 1/4 teaspoon

Method

1. First making syrup \he ingredients for making syrup Into the pot, stirring until melted wait for it to cool.
2. Then pour all the ingredients except the salt shaker.
3. Blend it all and fill salt.
4. Spin again cooking and tasting.
5. Pour into a glass container and Zoku glass. (It make my watermelon water to watermelon snow flake in 10-15 minutes the slurry was crushed watermelon juice, and serve it.)
6. Pour into a container for a four-hour wait in a box (not Zoku glass),
